parseDomposableRichHtml

Parses a deliberately small formatting vocabulary. Active-content subtrees, unknown tags, and all attributes other than a validated anchor href are dropped. Renderers should build their own text/DOM nodes from the returned AST and must not insert the source with innerHTML.
